All content, including text, imagery, and design, is the property of Twin Owls Woodcraft and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Each piece is crafted by hand using traditional tools and natural materials. Subtle variations in form, grain, and finish are inherent to the process and part of the character of the work.

While we strive for accuracy in all descriptions, we do not guarantee that all content is free from error.

Twin Owls Woodcraft is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

These terms may be updated as the brand evolves.

Additional Policies

Custom & Personalized Orders:

Because each item is handmade, custom or engraved items are non-refundable. If there is a defect or mistake on our end, we will fix or replace it at no cost

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage. We’ll offer replacement, or a full refund.

Order Cancellations:

All orders require a deposit to begin production. Orders are not eligible for cancellation once a deposit has been submitted. By placing an order and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that materials may be purchased and production may begin shortly after.

Deposits:

All orders require a deposit before production begins. A deposit of 50% of the total order price is required. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your order and cover materials and time allocated to your project. Production may begin shortly after the deposit is received.

Final Payment:

The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup. Items will not be released until full payment is received

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is included in all listed prices. All quotes and invoices reflect the total price due—no additional tax will be added.

Natural Material Disclaimer:

Wood is a natural material, so grain, color, and minor variations are normal. These are not considered defects.

Product Disclaimer

Every piece is shaped by hand, guided by the natural character of the wood.

The item you receive will reflect the same design and craftsmanship shown, though variations in grain, tone, and detail are inherent to the material and process. These differences are a hallmark of handmade work and not considered defects.

Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email, and any information you provide when you contact us or sign up for our newsletter. This information is used only to respond to you and send updates if you’ve subscribed.

Twin Owls Woodcraft does not sell or share your information.
